Nik Buich

Nik Buich is a Partner and Certified Luxury Agent at Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate 43° North. He has an expansive knowledge of the Treasure Valley real estate market, which makes him an invaluable asset to those he works with.

Not only is he a recognized Top-Producing Agent by the Boise Regional Realtors, but Nik has also been on the listing side of 18 homes over $1 million dollars during his career. This experience is what delivers results for both buyers and sellers. He has helped market and sell out several residential projects by successfully matching unique properties with specific buyers.

Nik’s involvement with business development, real estate, and technology started early. Growing up, he had the opportunity to witness dozens of projects that went from nothing more than a concept to completed multi-million-dollar transactions. Nik has a specific passion for modern homes, design, and luxury building standards. One of his proudest moments was taking a $52 million project in Eagle, Idaho, called “Renovare” from concept to full-scale build-out. He assisted with the original design and community planning, the hiring of architects and builders, and oversaw the clubhouse and pool construction. It was an invaluable education as Nick learned the entire development lifecycle, including entitlement, construction methods, building materials, sales and marketing, and lifestyle considerations.

The local press said, “Renovare is the most modern, tech-ready, and innovative community in all of Boise”.  With this experience behind him, Nik is currently advising on other projects in the development stage, preparing them to go to market. Nik is a specialist in modern homes, home technology, property repositioning, and development services.  He always has time to consult with anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in Idaho real estate, no matter the situation or price point.

From selling out a 55-lot luxury home development to consulting with individual sellers on which remodel is the best investment, Sanel delivers a track record of results. His years in the business have included researching land parcels, overseeing entitlements, supervising construction, working with residential and accredited investors, marketing new home developments, and repositioning, buying, selling, or strategizing with clients on all types of properties.

Sanel has vast resale experience and has participated in selling dozens of homes over $1 million dollars. His keen problem-solving ability, innate creativity, strategic thinking, and knowledge from working full-time in the real estate market, so Sanel is qualified to represent your specific interest. Starting at 17 years old, when he framed his first home, Sanel has been involved in some facets of real estate, and it has been his primary passion. He graduated from Boise State University with a communication degree and prides himself on a high level of communication and organizational skills.
